BLC is pleased to announce Amy Samples has joined the staff as the new Development Coordinator. Amy, a native of Lexington, served as CoastalResilience Specialist and Research Program Coordinator with the Michigan Sea Grant at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor for the last six years. We are thrilled that she will be part of our growing team to protect the irreplaceable farms, natural resources and cultural landscapes that define the region.

Amy will be responsible for many aspects of BLC’s fundraising priorities including building the endowment fund and launching a new membership program. Please join BLC in welcoming Amy and her family back to the Bluegrass!
