In 2018, Running Fox Farm, LLC (Dr. Leigh DeLair) donated a 72-acre easement in Mercer County. The property contains road frontage and frontage along Shawnee Run, a tributary to the Kentucky River, and is visible from Shaker Village of Pleasant Hill, a National Historic landmark. The property contains open fields and wooded areas.
