Libby and Brereton Jones donated an easement on their thoroughbred farm in 2000. This portion of Airdrie Stud contains Beals Run, a blueline stream, and old growth tree stands. This property has extensive Old Frankfort Pike frontage and is a contributing property within the Big Sink Rural Historic District. Historic stone fencing lines the Old Frankfort Pike frontage.
