Emmanuel has nearly a decade of experience involving environmental and natural resource management, with past work experiences at both the United States Geological Survey and the KY Department of Fish and Wildlife resources.
Emmanuel received his B.A from the University of Louisville, where he studied anthropology and geography with an emphasis in environmental analysis.
